Recipe #81 Betta-Brie Pork Panini

Let the snow fall outside because we have a smotheringly warm and delicious meal inside with our newest creation: Betta-Brie Pork Panini. Imagine oozing brie cheese sandwiched between poached sliced pork topped in a cranberry and cinnamon sauce with a maple ginger cole slaw on the side. Good reason to stay indoors and cook with the Kings. Don't forget to shop for most stufff at Gary's Great American in Liberty and Shop Rite as well. The Little Cheese!

Congrats are in store for The Big Cheese (Anthony Mongiello) and Mrs. Big Cheese (Monica Mongiello) for delivering an 8lb 4oz and 21" bouncing baby boy named Anthony Michael Mongiello!! He was born Saturday 12/27/08 and was already rolling cilliengine by Sunday morning! Congrats again to the happy family and their new addition.
